In Wayanad, they serve 'red' water in restaurants. Alas, we could not understand a word of Malyalam, else would have tried to find out the mystery of 'red' water.
"Red" colour water is kind of medicinal water. The water is boiled with "Karingali" bark.Try a search on Karingali, Will yield u better results than all I can put in here!!
